Terms of service

Important demo distinction.
Products identified as DEMO are fictional concepts used to demonstrate DTC functions. They are not physical products offered for fulfillment. Please also read the Demo Product Disclaimer.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including its pages, content, forms, product demonstrations, cart features, and checkout demonstrations. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website Operator

This website is operated by RUNDLEBUSINESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“RUNDLE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Hong Kong-registered company established to undertake selected international commercial projects.

3. Demonstration Environment

Some or all products, images, names, SKUs, prices, inventory quantities, specifications, ratings, reviews, promotions, delivery estimates, and transaction functions displayed on this website are fictional or illustrative.

  • Demo products are not available for physical fulfillment.
  • Demo checkout functions are provided to demonstrate an operating workflow.
  • No payment should be required or intentionally collected for a demo order.
  • A demo order does not create a contract for the purchase or delivery of a physical product.

If real authorized products are introduced later, they will be clearly distinguished and will be subject to the commercial terms, product information, shipping policy, return policy, warranty terms, and other conditions applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use this website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization in connection with the website inquiry or activity.

5. Permitted Use

You may use this website for legitimate informational, business-review, partnership, and demonstration purposes. You may review public content, submit a genuine inquiry, and interact with demo functions in accordance with the notices displayed on the website.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, checkout settings, or administrative functions.
  • Submit malicious code, automated spam, false identity information, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
  • Scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website or its demo assets beyond what applicable law permits.
  • Represent a fictional demo product as a real RUNDLE or third-party product.
  • Use demo information for vehicle repair, programming, calibration, diagnosis, safety decisions, or real-world technical work.

7. Contact Forms and User Submissions

Information submitted through a contact form must be accurate and relevant to the inquiry. Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card data, customer lists, confidential technical files, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a dealer, distributor, supplier, agency, employment, partnership, or other commercial relationship. Any cooperation remains subject to review and written confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

The website design, original copy, fictional product concepts, generated visual assets, layouts, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to RUNDLE unless otherwise stated. RUNDLE and its logo may not be used without permission.

Third-party names, platforms, and technologies may be referenced only for identification or explanatory purposes. No ownership of third-party intellectual property is claimed.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment, analytics, email, hosting, security, or communication providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. RUNDLE does not control and is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or services.

10. Website and Information Disclaimers

The website and demo content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. RUNDLE does not warrant that all demo content will be error-free, uninterrupted, current, complete, or suitable for a particular technical or commercial purpose.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, vehicle-repair, safety, programming, calibration, or professional technical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RUNDLE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from reliance on fictional demo content, misuse of the website, inability to access the website, or unauthorized technical use of illustrative information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights that apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Suspension or Termination

RUNDLE may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, its systems, or its legitimate business interests, including in response to fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in your jurisdiction apply and cannot be excluded by agreement.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the policies expressly referenced, form the agreement governing use of this website.

16. Changes to These Terms

RUNDLE may update these Terms when the website, demonstration functions, services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact RUNDLE page. Please select “General Business Inquiry” or “Demo Website Question,” as appropriate.
