Refund policy

Current status: Fictional demo products are not physically shipped. A demo order will normally be cancelled or voided rather than processed as a merchandise return.

1. Demo Orders

Because a demo product is not a physical product available for fulfillment:

  • There is no merchandise to return.
  • A demo order does not create a right to receive a physical substitute.
  • No restocking fee applies to a correctly identified demo order.
  • If a demo order is generated, RUNDLE may cancel or void it.

If funds are mistakenly captured in connection with a clearly identified demo product, contact RUNDLE promptly. After verification, the transaction will be reviewed and, where applicable, reversed or refunded to the original payment method.

2. Future Real Authorized Products

If real authorized products are introduced, each product may be subject to a product-specific return window, manufacturer rule, software-registration restriction, restocking condition, freight requirement, or warranty process.

The applicable product page, checkout notice, order confirmation, and written return authorization will control. RUNDLE will publish or communicate the material return conditions before processing a real return.

3. Return Authorization Required

Do not send a real product to a warehouse or other address without written return authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

A return request should include the order number, product name, serial number where applicable, reason for return, condition, photographs when relevant, and whether software, registration, or activation has occurred.

4. General Return Eligibility

Subject to the terms disclosed for the real product, eligibility may depend on whether:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable return period.
  • The product is complete and returned with original accessories, documentation, packaging, and identifiers.
  • The serial number matches the original order.
  • The product has not been materially damaged, altered, misused, or incompletely returned.
  • Software, subscription, registration, VIN-linked service, or other digital entitlement remains eligible for reversal.

5. Items That May Be Non-Returnable

Where permitted and disclosed before sale, non-returnable or restricted items may include:

  • Activated software, subscriptions, update services, licenses, or digital products.
  • Products registered to an account, vehicle, VIN, serial number, or third-party system when the registration cannot be reversed.
  • Custom-configured, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items.
  • Opened consumables, programmed sensors, security-sensitive products, or items with removed identifiers.
  • Items damaged through misuse, unauthorized repair, improper installation, neglect, or incompatible use.

6. Return Shipping and Costs

For a customer-choice return or incorrect purchase not caused by RUNDLE or the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, insurance, and related costs.

If a verified product defect, shipment error, or material description error is attributable to RUNDLE or the applicable supplier, return arrangements will be reviewed under the relevant product, warranty, carrier, or brand procedure.

High-value or freight equipment must use the return method and packaging instructions specified in the return authorization.

7. Return Inspection

Returned real products may be inspected for completeness, serial-number consistency, physical condition, activation status, missing accessories, damage, and compliance with the return authorization.

RUNDLE may reduce or deny a refund to the extent permitted by law when a returned item is incomplete, materially damaged, substituted, altered, or outside the disclosed return conditions.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing by the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time after RUNDLE initiates the refund.

Original shipping, freight, insurance, duties, and non-recoverable third-party charges may be excluded where permitted and disclosed. RUNDLE will not issue a cash or alternative-method refund when the original method can be used.

9. Order Cancellation

A cancellation request is not guaranteed after a real order enters processing, warehouse handling, carrier pickup, special configuration, or freight booking. If shipment cannot be stopped, the applicable return process may be required.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

For a real shipment, contact RUNDLE promptly after discovery. Keep the product, shipping carton, internal packaging, labels, and delivery documents. Provide photographs and serial information where requested.

Carrier, supplier, and manufacturer procedures may require inspection or additional evidence before a replacement, repair, credit, or refund is approved.

11. Warranty Is Separate From Return Eligibility

A product that is outside the applicable return period may still qualify for manufacturer warranty or technical-support procedures. Warranty coverage does not automatically create a right to a refund, and a return policy does not replace manufacturer warranty terms.

12. Contact

Submit a return, cancellation, or refund inquiry through the Contact RUNDLE page. Include the relevant order information but do not provide complete payment-card data.
