Warranty & Support

How support is represented in this demonstration environment and how future authorized products will be handled.

Effective date: August 22, 2026Last updated: August 22, 2026
This page separates RUNDLE’s current demonstration functions from any warranty or support obligations that may apply to future, clearly identified real authorized products.

1. Demonstration Products

All products currently marked or presented as demo products are fictional concepts. They are not manufactured, sold, supplied, warranted, repaired, replaced, or technically supported by RUNDLE or any third-party brand.

Specifications, compatibility statements, support descriptions, service plans, and warranty periods shown for demo products are illustrative only and must not be relied upon for purchase or repair decisions.

2. Future Real Authorized Products

If RUNDLE later offers real authorized products, those products will be clearly distinguished from demo products. The applicable warranty provider, coverage period, territorial limits, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim process will be stated on the relevant product page, order documents, manufacturer materials, or product-specific warranty policy.

No automatic warranty promise: The presence of a demo warranty field does not create coverage for a demo product or guarantee identical terms for any future real product.

3. Pre-Purchase Guidance

For future real products, RUNDLE may provide reasonable purchase guidance concerning product positioning, stated compatibility, feature differences, subscription requirements, and intended use. Customers remain responsible for providing accurate vehicle, region, model, software, and use-case information.

Pre-purchase guidance does not replace the manufacturer’s technical confirmation where specialized compatibility, regulated functions, security access, programming, calibration, or professional procedures are involved.

4. Technical and After-Sales Support

RUNDLE may assist with order information, initial triage, documentation, and coordination with the applicable manufacturer or authorized technical-support channel. Product operation, software activation, repair authorization, advanced diagnostics, programming, calibration, and safety-critical procedures may require direct manufacturer support or a qualified technician.

Support availability, response times, language, and escalation routes may vary by product and provider. RUNDLE does not promise uninterrupted or immediate technical resolution.

5. Warranty Claims for Future Real Products

Before returning a product, the customer should contact RUNDLE with the order number, serial number, problem description, relevant photos or video, diagnostic logs if available, and troubleshooting already completed. A return or repair must not be sent without written authorization.

Warranty coverage generally does not include misuse, unauthorized repair, accidental or liquid damage, improper storage, cosmetic wear, consumables, incompatible accessories, modified software, missing serial numbers, expired subscriptions, or problems outside the published product scope, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Warranty remedies may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, parts, manufacturer referral, or another remedy required by applicable law. Refund rights, if any, are governed separately by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Data and Vehicle Responsibility

Users should back up relevant information where possible and follow manufacturer instructions. RUNDLE is not responsible for lost vehicle settings, software, files, programming data, or business interruption caused by unauthorized, incorrect, or unsafe use, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Contact
